For years people used the mixtape to show their feelings toward a perspective mate, makeup after a fight, impress their friends with their vast musical knowledge, or just have something great to listen to in the car. This was a time when it was important to know which song would follow Elvis Costello's "Alison", or how to mix the supersonic qualities of early 90's rock with golden age hip-hop without taking listener too far in any emotional direction. Those times are gone and with them, the talents for properly creating subtle, yet beautiful audio compilations. We are now here to change all that. By passing on our years of mixtape knowledge and utilizing user provided playlists, we pledge to bring this world out of the dark age of audio compilations and maybe save a few relationships along the way.
